MB5X Pendulum Roller Grinding Mill Working Principle

After the hammer crusher (or jaw crusher) has broken the large piece of material into smaller pieces, the elevator carries the material to the hopper. Then, the broken material is fed into the grinding chamber of MB5X pendulum roller mill by electromagnetic vibration feeder. After grinding, the material is blown to the powder concentrator by airflow for grading. Under the action of the impeller of the powder selector, materials that cannot reach fineness will be sent back to the grinding room for regrinding, and qualified powder will be collected by the cyclone dust collector and discharged from the bottom as finished products. The airflow will then enter the fan with the return duct on top of the cyclone. The system USES a closed loop and operates under positive and negative pressure.

Lower maintenance cost – the roller is lubricated with thin oil

MB5X pendulum roller mill l roller is lubricated by thin oil. This is a domestically launched technology that is maintenance-free and easy to operate. Thin oil lubrication is oil bath lubrication, not as convenient as grease lubrication, because do not need frequent lubrication, and lower maintenance costs.

Performance Characteristics

Elastic volute damping structure can effectively reduce vibrating damage on the MRN Pendulum Roller Grinding Mill. Between the volute and engine base, special elastic structure is applied, and in combination with setup of rubber shock pad, it could directly avoid influence of vibration of engine base on operating stability of powder concentrator, and completely eradicate the problem of shatter crack of volute and central engine due to vibration of engine base.

More stable operation – elastic volute damping structure

The vibration damage of MB5X pendulum roller mill can be effectively reduced by the elastic worm case damping structure. The special elastic structure between the volute and the engine base, combined with the setting of the rubber damping pad, can directly avoid the influence of the vibration of the engine base on the running stability of the separator, and completely eliminate the problem of the broken volute.

Higher grinding efficiency – no spatula cylinder

There is no spatula cylinder in the grinding room of MB5X pendulum roller mill, so the ventilation area is large and the air conveying resistance is small. In addition, the use of large diameter roller directly improves the efficiency of the mill. There are tens of lines of numerical controlling machine tools. Operations such as steel plates’ cutting, bending, planing, milling and paint spraying are all controlled numerically. The machining precision is high, especially for the core parts.
